Registered Nurses

Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. This is an opportunity for self-directed RNs to work as members of an interdisciplinary group providing skilled care and support for clients in our Homecare program.  Applicants must have at least one year’s previous Hospice, medical/surgical or critical care experience. Applicants must have prior experience with providing excellent pain/symptom management.  BLS certification and Michigan nursing license must be current.

Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, southwest Michigan’s leading provider of end-of life care, is a non-profit, freestanding, state licensed, and Medicare certified. We have been providing quality, end-of-life care for over 35 years.

Current Open RN Positions:


Full time - 40hrs/week (4 - 10 hour shifts OR 5 - 8 hour shifts)

Glenn Arbor:
PRN - Coverage for ALL three shifts (8 hour shift)
Part time - 20 hrs/week on 3rd shift

Job Requirements

Minimum of one year previous nursing experience required in one of the following areas:
  • Hospice/palliative care
  • Medical/surgical, or critical care
  • Demonstrated knowledge in providing pain and symptom management
  • CPR certified
  • IV skills preferred
