New Jersey's Inspira Health is selling its former hospital campus in Woodbury to the city for $200 million, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The nonprofit health system plans to move its emergency department and inpatient behavioral health units to a new $60 million building that's under construction across the street.
It also plans to upgrade its medical office buildings and build a new station for paramedics and emergency medical technicians.
Inspira says it's still exploring other uses for the property, including market-rate housing, senior housing, and a boutique hotel with a conference center.
"The city will hold public meetings to discuss further plans for the site and gather community input," says a statement from Woodbury city officials.
