In its application for the 2024 award, the Cary, NC-based company outlined four innovations: an on-demand virtual health and life coaching service, Circles Masterclasses, at-home lab testing, and programs for first responders.
The virtual health and life coaching service allows people to access personalized guidance and support from the comfort of their own homes, "eliminating geographical barriers and providing greater flexibility and convenience," per the press release.

The First Responders program, for instance, offers health lessons, video interviews, personalized workouts, biometric assessment tools, and a daily health tracker for first responders, their spouses, and their families.
