Hawarden Community Foundation awarded more than $94,000 in grants to local nonprofit organizations and government entities during a presentation June 3.
The largest grant awarded was $25,040 to the Hawarden Senior Center for a roof project.
The grants will support several projects designed to improve the quality of life for Hawarden residents.
