Staffmark is hiring for an Administrative Assistant position in the Nashville, located in the West End area. If you are looking for a great opportunity within the non-profit industry, Staffmark would love to speak with you!
The ideal candidate for this position would be detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills, and is familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:
  • Plan and execute company projects
  • Own and maintain various database information
  • Compile internal reports
  • Maintain multiple schedules
  • Schedule department meetings
  • Serve as a point person for general updates
  • Complete special projects as needed
Knowledge and skills needed:
  • High School Diplomas or GED
  • 2 years of previous experience in an office or administrative position
  • Digital sign experience is a plus
  • Demonstrates strong organization, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and projects at one time
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word required
