Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 105 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. Brentwood is looking for a dynamic DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL/SOCIAL SERVICES.

The Director of Clinical/Social Services directs, develops and manages an effective hospital wide social service delivery system for psychiatric patients and their families, spouse, and significant others. Works with the Quality Manager and other team members to assure appropriate care delivery consistent with internal and external standards. Serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team for a designated caseload. Manages the Education Program and Crossroads School Program to meet patient needs. The clinical component of this job description is consistent with Social Work Standards of Practice.

Qualifications

Minimum: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. CPR and De-escalation certification required
