The Case Manager provides community based supervision for low to moderate risk youth serving juvenile probation. Some services include:
*Individual advocacy in academic and court settings;
*Connection with pro-social resources within the community;
*Service coordination and crisis intervention.
The objective of the Community Supervision Resource Connection program is to assist youth in completing their probation successfully, while keeping the community safe.
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice or related field, plus one (1) year experience providing services to children/youth and families is required. Volunteer experience can serve as experience.
