Youth Worker I (Nights) - Bainbridge, OH

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has full-time Youth Worker positions available at Paint Creek, our residential treatment facility located in southeastern Bainbridge, Ohio (Ross County). Paint Creek provides 24/7 rehabilitative residential treatment to adolescent males involved in the juvenile justice system.
This position is 3rd shift, 11:00pm-7:00am.
Responsibilities include ongoing supervision for safety and security of facility and residents; supporting facility operations; and guiding youth through wake up and bed time routines.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with youth a plus
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Bilingual and/or Sign Language proficiency a plus
